By now, the fitness workout routine has been a staple for upkeeping the overall physical condition for over a century… We’ve garnered the best, most universally fit workout routines and practices that it has and created our General Fitness program. Currently, its main exercises are:

  • Tone Up on the Treadmill
  • Power Up Your Runs
  • Pushups
  • Pullups
  • Powerlifting
  • Kettlebell
  • Boxing
  • Planks
  • Plies


  • 1 – 5 sessions per month     $69.00
  • 5 – 15 sessions per month     $59.00
  • 15 – 30 sessions per month     $49.00


While Caroline initially was working as the coach in the Yoga field, excelling in the Ashanti and Iyengar Yoga, gradually she became interested in the Fitness as well… Having a hard time switching between either of these wellbeing practices, Caroline at some point was close to quitting both of those… But luckily for us all, she eventually found out, that there’s a studio in Cheyenne, which focuses both on Fitness & Yoga with an equal dedication and attention! We were ultra glad to accept her as a part of our big and friendly team, where she’s been a vital member ever since… Currently, Caroline mentors our prospects both on a General Fitness classes and the Iyengar yoga classes.
