Hello, guys!

My name is Peter Schwarz, and I lead two lives.

By day a creative copywriter in an ad agency and by night and early mornings, I do pushups in my fav fitness club!

Also during the time that is left free I write fitness tips and tricks in this blog. The one of them to my sheer surprise has been included in top-10 of US fitness blogs of 2015!

And though my journey into fitness world started 10 years ago with weight loss issue, now it became a lifestyle. A healthy way of living just keeps me…fit and well bodied!

Also, the city where I live (Brighton) is perfect for year-long sports activities such as fitness exercises outdoors or morning jogging!

The main thing I’ve learned from my fitness experience of the last decade, that impossible does not exist!

So pushing your own limit is the most rewarding thing I do in my life, daily.

We only get one life and I like to make the most of it!

 

My Blog

My blog combines all kinds of activities I like to both do and write about.

Such as running, skiing, doing pushups and outdoor workouts and in general everything fitness-related!

Looking back at my own life just 10 years ago I was a very lazy, and a bit overweight person. The desire to fight that helped me start doing fitness back then and I never stopped loving it since.

So whether it is an active isolated stretching, jogging or pushing through your hip workout – that is what I love and what I write about here.

Working with a sponsored, branded content can be fun if it fits to what I love to write about.

Also, it is extremely important to me that I endorse only those brands and products, which I personally tested and studied.

And because I value my blog very much and want readers to get value out of anything here – I do solicit.

So the brands or healthy food restaurants, sports equipment or any fitness apps or magazines who want to work with me need to prove me that they are awesome!

With that kind of attitude in mind, I always write only frank reviews even for branded content.
